I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Jedalyn, who went above and beyond to assist us. The pool area was nice for relaxation. However, the room I was given had a musty smell from wet carpets, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The misleading marketing regarding the ocean view was also disappointing.
